You have 30 days to return any item (in the same condition that we shipped it out in) for a full purchase price or for an exchange item of equal value. Items that are classified as "AS IS" are not returnable; please be very sure to read all product / defect information or email us with questions and concerns BEFORE placing your order. Remember that that this IS a thrift store which contain many used and recycled items that may not be in perfect or new condition unless listed as such.
